If any of the errors
mentioned in section I are observed while acccessing the SOA, Kindly
follow the steps mentioned in section II to successfully enable access
to SOA.
Section I
1.1. Unable to open Inbox
1.2. Failed to open Home Page from identity Console
1.3. SOA is having error as xelsysadmin not found,
Section II
2.1. Add xelsysadm as an user in weblogic server.
2.2. Goto http://localhost:psort/console.
2.3. Navigate to Security Realms à myrealm à Users & Groups.
2.4. Create xelsysadm User in weblogic under Users & Groups.
2.5. Save the changes and login and log out identity console.
